Q) How do I Pay?
The Organic Grocer provides a number of payment methods for your convenience including credit card, cash on delivery and cheque.
Q) If I am paying by credit card do I give my details on my order form?
No. We do not recommend that you give any credit card details over the internet as it may not be secure. If you are a first time customer, one of our staff members will contact you to obtain your credit card details over the phone.
Q) What do I do if my credit card expires?
If your credit card expires when your order is processed don't worry, we will contact you as soon as we try to process your card to renew your expiry date. If you realise that your card is expired or about to expire please contact us on 1300 88 11 61 to update your details in our system.
Q) What if I am not home when my order is delivered and I pay be COD or Cheque?
If you have nominated to pay by COD or cheque and then, through unforeseen circumstances, you will not be home, simply call us on 1300 88 11 61 and we can discuss a secure place for you to leave your payment or, when placing your order online, simply indicate in the notes or comments section where your payment will be left..
