We deliver to the Sydney Metropolitan area and the Central Coast.
Schedule & Delivery Days
We cover Sydney Metropolitan area over the period of three days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are our main delivery days. We also offer a Saturday delivery service to accommodate customers who require deliveries outside of normal business hours.
Our delivery areas are as follows:
Tuesdays
Delivery Run #1:
Sydney CBD, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. (This includes: Georges Heights, Mosman, Neutral Bay, North Sydney, Milsons Point, Kirribilli, Millers Point, The Rocks, Ultimo, Redfern, Alexandria, Kensington, Botany, La Perouse, Maroubra, Coogee, Randwick, Bondi, Dover Heights, Watsons Bay, Vaucluse, Potts Point, Double Bay and all surrounding suburbs.)
Wednesday
Delivery Run #1:
Inner West, Canterbury/Bankstown; St George/Sutherland, and Fairfield/Liverpool Regions. (This Includes: Glebe, Erskineville, Newtown, Mascot, Tempe, Marrickville, Rockdale, Sans Suci, Hurstville, Sylvania, Miranda, Woolooware, Cronulla, Gymea, Loftus, Lucas Heights, Menai, Padstow, Milperra, Moorebank, Macquarie Fields, Bonnyrigg Heights, Abbotsbury, Cecil Hills, Wetherill Park, Smithfield, Guildford, Auburn, Homebush, Burwood, Ashfield, Leichhardt and all surrounding suburbs.)
Thursday
Delivery Run #1:
Central Coast - Please note delivery to this region is on a fortnightly basis.
Delivery Run #2:
North Shore, North Sydney, Northern Beaches, The Hills District, North West and Western Suburbs (This includes: Cremorne, Balgowlah, Manly, Brookvale, Narrabeen, Mona Vale, Turramurra, Pymble, Hornsby, Beecroft, Cherrybrook, Dural, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Parklea, Blacktown, Mt Druitt, Prospect, Wentworthville, Parramatta, Concord, Strathfield, Five Dock, Drummoyne, Balmain, Greenwich, Lane Cove, Ryde, Chatswood, Lindfield, Epping and Surrounding Suburbs)
Saturday
Delivery on Saturdays are to all areas mentioned above.
Order Schedule
In order for us to meet your delivery requirements it is IMPORTANT that you place your order at least one day prior to your delivery day. However, any orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by Thursday afternoon.
This ensures that you will receive the best quality products in the desired time-frame.
Delivery Fees
Our current delivery fees are structured to be competitive as well as provide an excellent delivery service. Our minimum order value of $40.00 will attract a delivery charge of $4.40
Orders below $40.00 will incur a delivery charge of $8.80
Any special orders which require a courier service will be charged at the rate of $9.90
Please note all orders delivered via the Organic Grocer delivery service are transported in our refrigerated vans.
