Q) Which area do you deliver to?

Q) Why can't I pick my delivery time and day?

Our delivery days are structured so that particular suburbs are serviced on particular days. As an example, eastern suburbs deliveries are every Tuesday and Saturday. Our driver will plan the route for the day as effectively as possible and will known approximately the delivery time for your order. If you are a new customer, you will be informed, on the day of delivery, of an approximate delivery time. This is usually a 2 hour time frame remembering that Sydney road can be very unpredictable due to traffic and weather conditions. Once you receive your first order, your next order will arrive approximately at the same time.

Q) What if I am not home when my delivery arrives, where will you leave my box?

What we have found is that most customers are out when their delivery arrives and they leave special directions as to where to leave their order. Although not necessary some customers give us keys for their gates and garages but more often than not we will find a suitable place to leave your order. If you have any particular delivery instructions you can always give us a call on 1300 88 11 61.

Q) Can you deliver to my workplace?

Absolutely, if you are not confident about leaving your order at home or if you arrive home late, we will be happy to deliver to your workplace, with no extra delivery fee. It's all part of our service.

Q) Do you deliver after hours (after 6pm)?

We do not deliver after hours simply because we cannot determine the number of orders placed on a particular run. While we allow a certain amount of flexibility it is not economically viable for us to offer an after hours service. We do, however, offer a Saturday service to accommodate customers who require delivery out of normal business hours.

Q) What happens when the delivery week falls on a public holiday?

When public holidays occur, our delivery days  will move one day foward. For example if a public holiday falls on a Monday the entire week will be pushed foward. So if you usually receive your order on Tuesday, it will then arrive on Wednesday, and so on. The only day that will not be affected is Saturday deliveries, as they will always arrive on Saturday.
